  • Full Lobby Renovation and Expansion (Intercom, Storefront, Finishes, FF&E) – Value: $250K

    CWorth provided design consultation and pre-permit construction planning in collaboration with the client’s internal design team to modernize a 50-year-old concrete high-rise in South Granville’s heritage district. The project involved renovating the fully occupied building’s lobby, including asbestos abatement, full storefront glazing replacement, a new intercom system, fire alarm upgrades, and updated finishes. Despite the challenges of an occupied site, the renovation was successfully completed within a three-month turnaround, setting the stage for Phase 2: the replacement of patio doors and windows.

1335 Barclay - West End Vancouver, 4 story building, 9 unit conversations from studio to 1 bed, adding laundry into each unit - value 300k

CWorth was engaged in a design build, to convert existing original 1960’s build studio units, and converted into a more versatile 1 bedroom with added laundry to each unit to assist the client with adding rental value for increased ROI on a new to the west coast purchase. Over 4 months CWorth teams converted and flipped 9 units.
